Following are ten tips that are written in my experience as a manager for over 10 years. I have been managing small groups and big groups of workers. I felt that there is no straight forward information about how to be a better manager so I decided to write down these tips for all the managers out there so they can benefit and improve their managing skills.
A good manager is with self awareness to his strength and weaknesses
Manage your ego and do not let your ego manage you
Be intelligent but not only on the mental level, it should be on the values level and the emotional level.
Increase the capability to learn from any one and anybody and don't stop doing it.
Be a visionary man,take the role you have been given to the next step,next level
Find out the talent in every worker you have and the thing the worker does the best and combines this talent to the system goals.
Be a coach to your workers and help them find the points of strength inside them in order to incorporate it into the their shared mission.
Find something that makes your group special and let your workers be proud if it
Make sure your environment is full with smiles,high motivation,discipline and commitment.
Develop responsibility and accountability so your workers can do the job without you monitoring them
